Artisan Biography of Martha Moser
"My first memories as a child were of trying to make doll clothes and being befuddled by the rule of "turn of cloth," an abstract principle too mature for a five year old. I overcame in time, and customary to my generation, I pursued sewing in 4-H and high school and graduated from college in journalism with a specialty in clothing and textiles.
I have always had a needle in my hands and I go off on tangents when I want to learn a new skill, spending months developing an art. I strive for excellence in all that I do and hold my work up to exacting standards."
Martha Moser has been sewing for 40 years. In addition, she has 20 years of business and management experience.
